  • Language Preferences: Stored locally on your device until cleared or up to one year

No End-User Account Registration: Our mobile applications and public websites are informational and consultational and do not support end-user account registration or creation. As such, there are no end-user accounts to delete. Authorized staff accounts are managed by system administrators.

Requesting Data Deletion: If you have submitted any personal information to us (such as your name, email, or phone number via our contact forms or support channels), you have the right to request that we delete this information from our systems.
