Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using liveSports's website or mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services Description

liveSports provides sports analysis, predictions, and related content for informational purposes only. All predictions and analyses are for reference and entertainment purposes. They should not be considered financial, betting, or investment advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcome of any predictions.

2. Apple App Store Terms

If you access our Services through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded between you and liveSports (the "Developer") only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the mobile application and its content. The following terms apply to your use of the application:

  • Scope of License: The license granted to you for the application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
  • Maintenance and Support: The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the application, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the application.
  • Warranty: The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.
  • Product Claims: You acknowledge that the Developer, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the application or the end-user’s possession and/or use of that application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of the application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
  • Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

3. Google Play Store Terms

If you access our Services through Google Play, your use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google Play Business and Program Policies.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use our Services only with a parent or guardian.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our Services in any way that could impair our servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the mobile app
  • Use automated means to access or collect data from our Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, graphics, logos, images, predictions, analysis, and software—is owned by liveSports or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. PREDICTIONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR BETTING OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, liveSports SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE ZERO ($0). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless liveSports and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services.
